Separate data for each club
Each club has its own data, kept apart by the database itself: one club never sees another's.
Granular roles and permissions
For each role and each area you set who can view and who can edit. Separation between clubs and role limits are enforced in the database too, not only in the interface.

The application database is hosted in a data centre in Ireland.

Frequently asked questions
Is CircoloPro only for golf?
It was built with golf clubs and that's where it shines, but members, fees, courses, competitions and documents work for any sport.
Do members need to download an app?
Not today: CircoloPro opens in the browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. It will soon also be available on the App Store and Google Play, for those who prefer to download it.
Can we import the data we already have?
Yes. Members, guests, leads and competitions can be imported from CSV files (from Excel, just save the sheet as CSV), with a downloadable template and a row-by-row error report.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how many members you have and which areas you need. We prepare a tailored proposal after the demo.
We run more than one club: is that possible?
Yes. Each club has its own separate data, and the proposal takes all your clubs into account.
Is the software available in English?
Yes, the whole interface is in English and Italian. Every user picks their own language.
