Who we are

This website presents CircoloPro, management software for sports clubs. For any question about your data you can write to the address at the bottom of this page.

What data we collect

The website has no forms that send data to our servers. The “Request a demo” form prepares an email in your email app: the data reaches us only if you choose to send it.

When you write to us we receive the data you choose to include: usually name, club, email, phone and the text of your message.

Why we use it

We use this data only to reply to you and, if you ask, to arrange a demo and send you a proposal. We don't sell it and we don't use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep the correspondence as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship, then we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to restrict its use. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

The CircoloPro application

This notice covers the presentation website. The data clubs enter in the application is processed on behalf of the club, which remains the controller, under the agreements made with each club.
